Carolina Outdoor Journal HD is a weekly outdoor show featuring the very best in freshwater fishing, saltwater fishing and hunting across the state of North Carolina.  Also featured is a cooking segment that highlights the very best in outdoor recipes.

Currently in its 13th season on UNC-TV, the Journal is North Carolina’s only statewide outdoor program, the Journal appeals to a very diverse audience.

The Journal reaches it’s audience weekly on the University of North Carolina Television Network.  This PBS system reaches every corner of North Carolina as well as parts of South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee.  Air times are Saturday afternoons at 5:30 P.M. and Sunday mornings at 11:00 A.M.
